1. Stop the Print Spooler Service

2. Clear the Print Queue

Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files inside the folder. These are the stuck print jobs.

3. Restart the Spooler Service

Go back to the Services window, right-click on Print Spooler, and select Start.

4. Set Spooler to Start Automatically

Double-click Print Spooler in the services list, set Startup type to Automatic, and click OK.
